Renewed Legacy Coaching was created for women who know—deep down—that there is more still unfolding in them, even if they’ve been told otherwise.

It’s for Minority women, women of color, Latinas, first-generation daughters, mothers, caregivers, and cycle-breakers who are standing at the edge of a new season of life—motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, career transitions—and quietly asking:
Is it too late for me? Do I still get to dream? Do I still have a voice?

Here, the answer is a steady and compassionate yes.

Renewed Legacy Coaching is a space where your story is honored, not erased. Where your cultural roots, faith, and lived experiences are not obstacles to growth—but the very foundation of your legacy. You do not have to abandon who you are or where you come from to build something meaningful. You get to bring all of yourself with you.

As a licensed clinician, therapist, and Latina woman of color who began her own business after 40, I know firsthand the weight of transgenerational messages that say: play it safe, don’t take up space, it’s too late, people like us don’t do that. I also know the quiet courage it takes to listen to a deeper calling anyway.

I am a first-generation American, the daughter of immigrant parents, and the first business owner in my family. Renewed Legacy Coaching was born from my own journey of reclaiming my voice, renewing my sense of purpose, and choosing to build a legacy rooted in faith, intention, and courage—rather than fear or limitation.

This work is about renewal—of identity, purpose, confidence, and direction.
It’s about legacy—not just what you leave behind materially, but the emotional, spiritual, and generational imprint you are shaping through your choices today.
